3. Confidentiality
TSRC is committed to maintaining client confidentiality under applicable privacy laws and professional ethical standards. Personal and medical information will only be disclosed with client consent or as required by law.
4. Payment & Insurance
Payment for services is required as per the agreed terms. TSRC accepts payments from individuals and third-party payers, including insurance companies. It is the client’s responsibility to verify insurance coverage and benefits. Unpaid balances may be subject to collection efforts.
5. Liability Limitation
While TSRC strives to provide effective mental health care, no guarantees are made regarding treatment outcomes. TSRC is not liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from service use.
6. Appointment Policies
Clients are expected to attend scheduled appointments. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Missed appointments may be subject to fees.
